The outline comes from a survey reviewed and certified by the Survey & Mapping Division.
Provisional
A survey exists but has not yet been certified. Treat positions as approximate.
Unconfirmed
The locality is known but no reliable boundary exists. The map shows the area without inventing a polygon.
